The indoor pools are a solution to face the harsh winters with extreme temperatures in the city, and a way to continue enjoying certain activities that are typically associated outdoors and at other times of the year.
Indoor pool of The Water Club.
Located in the Seaport district, The Water Club has the 1 Seaport indoor pool, which offers 360 ° views of East River, nearby bridges and well-known Manhattan monuments through its panoramic windows.
A corridor connects the pool with the relaxation room and the club terrace, which has two floors of the building full of amenities, including hydrotherapy circuits, sauna and sun loungers.
The Water Club was created together with Groves & Co. and Fortis Property Group , and opened its doors to the public in the summer of 2018.
Upper West Side indoor pool.
The Upper West Side residential building houses a 75-foot (approximately 23-meter) pool within a double-height atrium complete with floor-to-ceiling windows.
To relax even more, residents can enjoy massages and facials in the private spa rooms of the luxury building.
One West End, a relaxation center that includes the spectacular indoor pool, was designed in collaboration with Pelli Clarke Pelli , Jeffrey Beers International , Elad Group and Silverstein Properties , is currently open in one of New York’s historic neighborhoods.

Designed for leisure and exercise, the 60-foot indoor pool (approximately 20 meters) at 91 Leonard de TriBeCa features marble and elegant wooden details.
Building residents, in addition to the pool, can also enjoy a steam room and sauna.

The Madison Square West pool.
The luxury building at 10 Madison Square West, located in the Flatiron district, features a 60-foot pool and hot tub adorned with marble mosaics and handmade ceramic tiles.
Alan Wanzenberg and Witkoff Group collaborated with the project to create this impressive indoor pool, inspired by modern and industrial design.
Murray building pool.
The contemporary meets the classic in the Turkish bath of the building in Murray 111, which features sculpted and heated marble beds, and a 75-foot pool surrounded by stone columns and teak wood appliqués.
Residents can also enjoy a hot tub, treatment rooms, saunas, and an additional 25-foot-wide pool with water jets mounted on the floor.

On Murray Hill and overlooking Sixth Avenue, the Continental building has a 50-foot infinity pool and a spa located inside a double-height glass atrium.
