Tuesday, June 12 – Zenia Lounge Restaurant.

  • Opening of the Conference: Spritz Aperitif Tasting.

  • Caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella, Raf tomato and Picual olive oil with macerated basil.
  • Gazpacho with beer and vegetables from the Vega Baja region.
  • Sorbet made with lime from Murcia and Cava.
  • Choose Between: Arroz meloso (thick rice) with cod and turbot / Stewed pork cheeks with dauphinoise potatoes and polenta.
  • Tangerine ice cream soufflé with tangerine punch.

  • Complementary activity: Presentation of a new beer – Verna by Estrella de Levante.

  • La Barraca anchovies in vinegar with potato chips / King prawn skewer with cheese and bacon /Tempura artichokes served with a honey mustard sauce.
  • Grilled squid, served in its own ink sauce / Longfin tuna salad served with grilled vegetables and asparagus tips from Tudela.
  • Perol del pescador (fishermen’s stew) with monkfish, clams, and prawns.
  • Selection of cheeses with quince paste and nuts / Apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
