The third and the last article is about how could a real estate use the data offered by the tools for webmasters.
In the first two articles we have analyzed the main resources offered by the tools for webmasters and how should a real estate be effectively interpreted.
In this last article dedicated to the tools for webmasters, we will analyze other resources offered by Google, Microsoft and Yandex, as for example analyzers of SEO, the real estate geolocation on the Internet, we will effectively interpret the demographic obtained data, the users of the web´s behavior and also other important resources in order the real estate to use them.
A real estate should learn from its own data.
– SEO analyzers for the real estate.
The tools for webmasters include a SEO analyzer and even if they are not very precise they seem to be very useful.
In some occasions, they could help with the visibility of the real estate web and blog, if it were the case of a real estate´s websites which are really precarious.
By this I mean the used templates on the real estate website or blog which do not show a minimum of technical conditions. Although it might seem strange and surrealistic there are hundreds of websites and blog of real estate that do not follow the minimum conditions.
Normally, the SEO analyzers of the webmasters tools present the basic problems related to headers, to the images tags, the size evaluated by the HTML, if there is no suffice information on the languages of the contents and more details on which I insist they are important in order to achieve a good visibility on the Internet.
For example, if a real estate has a webpage on different languages, the minimum is that the searchers take it as granted. It is also very important to underline that each image of the properties for sale published on a real estate should be correctly tagged with its correspondent attribute.
If they are not correct, they will not be indexed effectively by the search engines. Publishing photos of the properties for sale on the real estate website is not only about uploading pictures, because they need to be correctly tagged with their attributes according to the specific necessities of the real estate.
– Geolocation of the real estate on Internet.
No matter if its market is international or not, every real estate should be located in a geographic area. The tools for webmasters offer the possibility to show that position.
This is basically known as “places”, when used through Google and Microsoft. This is a useful tool which the real estate should implement correctly.
It should be segmented to a public of potential buyers. To set the geolocation of a real estate web is easy and simple to do and no technical knowledge is needed.
– Demographic data for the real estate.
It is essential to analyze and interpret correctly the demographic data linked to the visitors, both on the website as on the blog of a real estate.
The geographic info is not the only one important, as we are speaking also about how to achieve a higher level of exactness in order to divide the data on age, sex, social-economic position, interests and even common tastes of the visitors.
Among the sections offered by the tools for webmasters, this is probably one of the most useful for a real estate, as it can go further with its strategy of finding potential buyers up to a very precise level. This is something simple to achieve and understand: a real estate is looking to get to a specific type of client with a highly defined profile, who will eventually convert into a buyer.
The real estate should analyze and decode the demographic data of its web visitors, because that might become the main details of the client. Anyway, it is true that is very important to get a high traffic of visits on the real estate blog and web because this brings a better visibility.
On the other hand, we should never forget to analyze the demographic data and I underline this because of its major importance.
– The visitors´ behavior towards real estate websites.
The data on the behavior of the visitors regarding the real estate websites should be carefully analyzed, because this determines if the work is correctly done or not.
Normally, the tools for webmasters reflect the basic behavior although they are used only to illustrate the behavior on the real estate website and blog. They illustrate the following:
- The number of new visitors and if they come back on not.
- The number of set sessions and the frequency of the coming backs.
- The time the visitors spend on the site.
- The area of interest of the visitors when they are on the website.
- The contents that help to get the visitors to stay more on the website.
- The type of technology used by the visitors to navigate on the real estate website (tablets, smartphones, laptops, etc.).
- Which browser they use to visit the real estate website and blog.
- Their internet provider and the type of connection.
Is this info useful to the real estate?
In order to get a more effective strategy, the management of the best resources which bring a better productivity of the real estate should be interpreted from the data obtained from the webmaster tools.
In all three articles we have analyzed the main resources offered by the webmasters tools and how could a real estate benefit from them when developing the marketing strategy on the Internet.
As already stated in the first article, it is important to understand that the analysis made on the tools for webmasters was absolutely superficial and not too specific. I tried to not touch the technical subject which might confuse the non-expert people.
In the same time, other resources were just left aside in the articles about the resources offered by the webmaster tools because it would mean to generate a large extension of contents and this would confuse people.
To start the analysis on how the real estate could benefit from systems such as AdWords, Google, Microsoft or Yandex would mix up the subjects. That is why is better to analyze them separately in order to understand them better.
Generated data is only a number which should be interpreted by a real estate.
Taken as a whole, the three articles on the resources offered by the tools made for webmasters and how a real estate could make use of them have generated a huge amount of info which can be structured for a better understanding.
I should insist on the fact that this series of articles related must never be understood as a technical manual on the resources offered by the tools for webmasters, but they should be taken as a first contact with this topic.
In order to clarify the analyzed aspects and separate the debated concepts, we shall have a review of the concepts as descriptive parts of this article:
